CHANGES
If you are in Bogotá, changes are made by size. For this, you must visit our workshop/showroom located at Carrera 17 # 142-07, Cedritos neighborhood. There you will be given proper advice.
RETURNS
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Returns of bras are only accepted due to manufacturing errors and/or with some damage to the fabric.
The client has a maximum period of 2 days after the product has been delivered to inform us of a problem with the garment/s.
Money refunds are not made.
